I've worked with Scott over the last 7 years to acquire three different businesses and he has been involved with all contract related issues relating to each of these businesses. During this time, he has also been there as a sounding board on basic day-to-day business related issues where I needed advice such as employee terminations, insurance claims, and vendor related issues. His advice has always been straight-forward and honorable. He responds to inquiries quickly and is generally available immediately on emergency issues. It's not often where I feel that I get a good deal on professional fees, but Scott is the exception. He has always been very reasonable in his billings on projects and I don't get billed for a 5 minute call when I am just seeking a sounding board on an issue.
